Mubasher: The Boursa Kuwait’s indices declined at Wednesday’s close, as the repercussions of the geopolitical tensions maintained its role in demoralising investors.
The All-Share Market index went down by 106.63 points, or 1.9%, to close at 5,502.28 points.
The Premier Market index lost 135 points to settle at 5,934.59 points, while the Main Market index shed 47.82 points, or 1.01%, to 4,669.08 points.
Trading volume reached 198.91 million shares, while liquidity amounted to KWD 62.39 million.
A group of eight sectors levelled down, led by the banking sector, which shrank by 2.64%, while two sectors, the consumer goods and insurance, added 0.54% and 0.12%, respectively.
